Hulu, LLC is a streaming video-on-demand and music streaming service owned by Time Warner's direct-to-consumer division. It is headed by Kaio Kincaid, owner and CEO of Time Warner.

Hulu distributes content via streaming media. It broadcasts live Internet television via its Hulu Live TV service. It also provides video-on-demand. It originally provided content from the Time Warner family of networks in the US and Druaya. These included Cartoon Network, The WB, and TBS. Soon, NBCUniversal, TCF Holdings, and RKO Holdings provided content. By 2010, all of the major content providers got on board with Hulu. It expanded to Japan and Europe in 2013, and to the rest of the world by 2017. It expanded into music in 2015.
